The following requirements must be completed in order to request a return:
The request must be submitted within 30 days* following the order's delivery.
The item must:
Be brand new, never worn, and merely tried on**;
Not to be washed;
Still bear the tag;
Have no unintentional damage;
Be free of flaws; in this case you'll have to file a complaint (see What should I do if I received a defective item?)
**
Underwear and beachwear must be tried on while wearing one's own underwear.
Submitting a return that does not meet the above criteria will result in its rejection by the returns department; in this case, you will be responsible for retrieving the items and will not be eligible for a reimbursement. |
