How can I ship my return?Updated a month ago

Below you will find all available ways to ship your return.


Shipping from Italy

If you have chosen “Ship with a return label”:

• You will receive a free shipping label with TNT FedEx;
• The courier will attempt a collection the first business day after the request;
• To book another pick-up, you can use the online form Book a pickup with TNT or you can call TNT's Customer Service at (+39) 0236017467.
• If you are not available, you can bring your parcel to the nearest TNT FedEx point.

  If you have chosen “Ship with any carrier of your choice”:

• Shipping fees are at your own expense;
• You can choose any courier;
• The shipment must be sent to:

  If you have chosen “Return to a retail store”:

• You can go to any store of the Group with the return parcel.
