Some of the items of my order are shipped from stores, what does it mean?Updated a year ago

In case of stock shortage in our warehouse, some items could be sent from our stores.

In such cases, be aware that these orders:

 Can only be delivered to the EU (see also What countries do you deliver to?)

 These items can be exchanged in any other Sebago store within 30 days after the purchase. For this to happen you will need to keep and show your receipt in store.

 This option is valid only in stores in Italy.

Exchanged items cannot be returned

In the case that one or more items are defective, we will provide a pick-up of the item/s and refund. We cannot replace any item (see also, What should I do if I have received a defective item?)
