How's the refund made?Updated 10 months ago

Refunds are made only on the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

The refund amount must be the total of any discounts applied during the purchase: if you buy a € 100.00 item with a 10% discount, you will receive the € 90.00 you paid and not the total value of the product.

 Shipping fees are refunded upon return of the whole order (i.e. all the items purchased); in case of partial return (i.e. only some of the items purchased), they will not be refunded.

It is not possible, in any case, to request a refund on a payment method other than the one you used.
