Can I exchange an "in-store pickup" order?Updated 10 months ago

Yes. If you need to replace an item for whatever reason, you may do it in the shop you selected for pickup.

In-store exchanges are allowed if:

• The cost of the new item is equal to or more than the cost of the original purchase. Online purchases are not eligible for partial refunds or modifications.
• The substitute product may be present in that specific shop.

 Please note

Products exchanged in shop may no longer be returned or exchanged.
